Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a UX Designer
• Prior experience at a fast-growing startup is a plus
• Experience developing AI or complex workflow functionalities
• Technical skills to understand the implications of designs
• Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) Design principles and methodologies
