Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and define success metrics
• Rapidly prototype Workflow and AI-enabled automations, driving solutions from prototype to production
• Continuously provide feedback to platform teams and maintain engagement with stakeholders for solution refinement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend or full-stack software engineering experience with proficiency in Go, Python, TypeScript, and modern frameworks
• Experience creating AI-backed tools using LLMs and knowledge of Agent design patterns
• Proven track record in rapid prototyping and delivering robust solutions
• High degree of ownership and accountability, especially with sensitive systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
