Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend system enhancements and support departmental goals in collaboration with IT and Investment Operations
• Lead projects focused on automation and modernization, creating system-specific message files using automation tools
• Mentor team members and develop best practices to improve workflows and implement changes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in securities operations or investment accounting within the financial services industry
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or Accounting, or an additional 4+ years of related experience without a relevant degree
• Deep understanding of financial services operations with proven analytical and quantitative capabilities
• Experience with tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, or similar reporting/automation software
• Background in software development is a strong plus
