Senior Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an analytics team to produce actionable insights for business functions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish business requirements and manage analytics strategy execution
• Present analytical results to leadership and support the development of quality controls and standards

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Finance, or Economics; advanced degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in data & analytics, with 3+ years in PBM, healthcare, or Medicare
• Experience with pharmacy and/or medical claims data
• Expertise in SQL, data analysis, data visualization, and proficiency in Python or R
• History of leading high-performing teams and executing analytics strategies
