Senior Application Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Application Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and document the software architecture for healthcare payments technology solutions
• Lead a cross-functional Software Architecture council to prioritize and approve development projects
• Establish coding standards and mentor development teams to ensure high-quality software engineering

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in an architecture role
• Deep understanding of healthcare technologies and standards, including HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA compliance
• Expertise in cloud platforms, preferably AWS or GCP
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as PHP or Node.js
