Senior Application Security Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant, Application Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess security and compliance of client applications and infrastructure against industry standards and best practices
• Conduct Application Penetration Testing, Threat Modeling, and Source Code Reviews
• Write reports on client security, provide recommendations, and train staff on IT security systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Five years of experience in application penetration testing and assessment methodologies
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS, FedRAMP, and HIPAA
• Experience with security testing methodologies like OSSTMM and OWASP
• Ability to telecommute with a domestic travel requirement of up to 10%
