Senior Associate Consultant, CLM

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate Consultant to join their legal technology team focused on Contract Lifecycle Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary project manager and provide configuration support for CLM implementations
• Coordinate across teams to manage workstreams and ensure on-time delivery of project milestones
• Develop and present recommendations and implementation roadmaps to client leadership teams

Required Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in legal consulting or with a CLM provider in a client-facing role
• Four-year degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Significant experience in performing CLM process assessments and implementing CLM platforms
• Demonstrated knowledge of CLM technologies, AI opportunities, and legal operations
• Permanent US work authorization
