A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Instructional Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal subject matter experts to create engaging eLearning courses and training materials
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time, meet quality standards, and adhere to company guidelines
• Review and update course content during product release cycles and collaborate across functional areas

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience
• Advanced experience in Storyline 360, preferably with AI tool experience
• 5-7 years of eLearning development experience
• Clinical Trials industry experience is a plus
• Ability to understand software products and write structured course content consistently
