Key Responsibilities

• Drive a central automation backlog and serve as the technical owner for cross-functional automation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in automation engineering or related technical roles
• Proven experience in building automations for IT, Security, and Compliance functions
• Familiarity with automation tools and platforms such as Rippling, GitLab, and Slack
• Strong scripting and integration skills, including experience with APIs and low-code/no-code platforms
• Experience with compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and building automation for audit readiness
