Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join their engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement and optimize concurrent/parallel Rust applications
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews and documentation
• Troubleshoot complex issues and improve existing codebases

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in Rust
• Deep understanding of ownership, borrowing and lifetimes in Rust
• Experience with async/await (Tokio), Serde, memory management and threading
• Familiarity with Git, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and TDD
