Senior Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Backend.

Key Responsibilities

• Own large domains and features related to card processing, issuing, and core ledgering of financial transactions
• Develop, design, and maintain the platform and services
• Architect services and data models to support growth and lead mentoring efforts for other engineers

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in NodeJS and Typescript with server design principles
• Experience with architectural patterns for scalable, low-latency systems
• Four or more years of relevant industry experience with a track record of shipping high-quality products
• Exposure to cloud providers like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
• Experience with modular monoliths and micro-services
