Senior Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer I, Backend.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable and performant solutions
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to execute technical roadmaps using Agile processes
• Mentor and coach junior engineers through pull request reviews and feedback

Required Qualifications

• BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience building full-stack web applications in a cross-functional team
• 3+ years of experience with SQL or other database querying languages on large multi-table data sets
• 2+ years of experience as a technical decision-maker in a team setting
• 2+ years of experience coaching other engineers
