Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Backend).

Key Responsibilities

• Scale and evolve backend systems managing participant records and optimizing data pipelines
• Own and mature critical infrastructure such as email/SMS delivery and data syncing pipelines
• Drive the evolution of existing services to handle greater scale and improve reliability

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining complex backend systems
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience building infrastructure that scales from 1 to 10
• Experience leading significant projects or teams of engineers
• Familiarity with distributed systems patterns is a plus
