Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews and workshops to gather and validate business requirements for CLM projects
• Analyze current-state contract lifecycle processes and design future-state processes for optimization
• Configure CLM systems and support implementation, including testing and user training

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CLM or related contract management software
• Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution configuration within a CLM system
• Proficiency in process mapping and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
