A company is looking for a Sr. CC Business Intelligence Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sophisticated analytics to support business challenges and perform statistical analysis
- Translate unstructured data into actionable project objectives and conduct qualitative and quantitative research
- Generate regular reports and dashboards while performing operational analysis to identify trends and improve processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in data mining, analysis, and modeling with large data sets
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics and customer experience
- 1-2 years of experience with Contact Center practices, systems, and tools
- Advanced capability with Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
