Key Responsibilities
- Track change-related tasks and progress using Jira
- Provide change leadership during implementation phases, including readiness assessments and feedback loops
- Create compelling content for change communications, training materials, and executive updates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in change management, preferably in a technology-driven environment
- Familiarity with Cisco tools (Webex, internal platforms) is a plus
- Working knowledge of Jira and Microsoft Office Suite
