Senior Change Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Change Manager to drive adoption of new tools and processes in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Track change-related tasks and progress using Jira
• Provide change leadership during implementation phases, including readiness assessments and feedback loops
• Create compelling content for change communications, training materials, and executive updates

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management, preferably in a technology-driven environment
• Familiarity with Cisco tools (Webex, internal platforms) is a plus
• Working knowledge of Jira and Microsoft Office Suite
