Senior Claims Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Analyst to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct coverage, liability, and damage investigations on complex casualty and environmental claims
• Make coverage determinations and communicate written positions to insureds and other parties
• Manage reserves and litigation, including planning, budgeting, and representation at meetings and trials

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS College Degree required; JD degree preferred
• 3 to 5 years of related work experience in liability and/or clean-up claims or legal positions
• Experience with complex auto liability is a plus
• Aptitude for reviewing and analyzing technical, legal, and medical information
