Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel, EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, negotiate, and manage data services and SaaS commercial agreements for global customers
• Review and respond to RFPs and tender documentation for public sector customers globally
• Collaborate with various internal teams to support transactional goals and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate with in-house or top-tier law firm experience in data services and SaaS licensing
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements across different jurisdictions
• Experience supporting a global sales team in a B2B technology company
• Understanding of GDPR and CCPA in a transactional context
• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
