Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Title Examiner - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and examine public records to determine a property's status of title
• Review documents affecting title to property, including mortgages, deeds, and probate records
• Make insurability decisions and interpret title insurance guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of prior Commercial Title Examination experience
• Strong Metes and Bounds Mapping Skills
• Experience with County Government websites and title-related software
• Good research and investigation skills with an understanding of legal terms affecting real property
