Senior Configuration Management Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Configuration Management Administrator to lead the technical rollout of LogicMonitor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the LogicMonitor system and its global configurations
• Implement and integrate monitoring solutions with other systems, including ServiceNow
• Oversee Change Management processes for the rollout

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with monitoring tools
• Strong capabilities in LogicMonitor or similar monitoring tools
• Experience with scripting and automating administration tasks (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Technical troubleshooting skills for system performance and network connectivity
• Experience with CI/CD methodologies and configuration management tools
