You’ll build and nurture customer relationships at the Director and VP level, while managing a team of Senior Content Marketers and Associate Heads of Content to deliver high-quality, high-volume content that drives measurable business outcomes.You’ll be responsible for managing a substantial book of business ranging from $100K-$150K in monthly revenue (a mix of retainers and project-based additional spend), with a key performance indicator of maintaining 93% customer and revenue retention. This role offers significant growth opportunities, with the expectation to expand the book of business beyond $250K monthly revenue within 12 months, with bonus incentives included.This is a strategic role to refine the vision and operations for how Animalz serves its largest customers. It requires deep understanding of Enterprise B2B marketing teams, exceptional communication skills, and a desire to continually explore our customers’ technical subject matter. You’ll be responsible for developing strategic content programs within customers’ existing frameworks, ensuring consistent quality across high-volume deliverables, and maintaining healthy margins
