Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize CRM campaigns across various channels including email, SMS, and in-app messaging
- Conduct A/B testing and analysis to enhance marketing and transactional workflows

Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience managing CRM programs from conception to analysis
- Strong experience with Iterable and dynamic scripting language (handlebars)
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, list management, and deliverability
