Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to provide technical and analytical support in population health activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports related to quality improvement initiatives using Epic and Power BI
• Analyze healthcare data to support provider, staff, and population health performance metrics
• Collaborate with Quality and Population Health Managers and other stakeholders to identify reporting needs

Required Qualifications

• Two years of experience in data tracking and report generation
• Associate's Degree in Healthcare or a related field
• Experience with Epic, especially Cogito and/or Cadence (preferred)
• Proficiency in Power BI (preferred)
• Prior experience in a healthcare or healthcare IT environment
