Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior or Lead Data Analyst in the Commercial Lines Customer & Agent Servicing Analytics team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Underwriting Support and Research & Testing staff models to analyze CL profitability, efficiency, and customer experience
- Explore new tools and methodologies to effectively communicate insights through data
- Collaborate with business partners and senior leadership to influence strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of six years of analytical work experience, or
- A Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of five years of analytical work experience, or
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field with a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
