Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Production Operations Analyst, Support Ops.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership support and guidance for team members and lead client data initiatives
• Execute ad-hoc data requests, custom reports, and quality assurance testing in a production environment
• Establish and implement process improvements while ensuring adherence to data quality management principles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, with 7+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in data engineering fundamentals, including data extraction, transformation, and loading
• Significant experience in designing and reviewing complex SQL and/or Python scripts
• Technical experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and MongoDB
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau, and cloud computing platforms such as Azure or AWS
