Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their data team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead advanced data analysis projects and transform raw data into actionable insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support strategic initiatives
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 4-6 years of data analysis or business intelligence experience, preferably in healthcare or related industries
• Proven track record of delivering insights that drive business results
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with statistical analysis using Python, R, or SAS
