Key Responsibilities

• Create a comprehensive Causal ML framework to measure impact and analyze customer interactions
• Influence multivariate experiments and communicate analytic findings to stakeholders
• Stay updated on analytics trends and implement new data sources or techniques

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a data scientist in predictive solution development
• 4+ years of experience with customer-level behavioral data in a multi-channel retail environment
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with Azure Databricks
• Python experience for statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
• Passion for retail and a deep understanding of the digital commerce ecosystem
