Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a design engineering role with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Figma and modern frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS)
• Strong understanding of UX and UI principles with a high level of visual design skill
• Experience with interaction design and familiarity with building reusable UI components
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to improving team dynamics
