Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Designer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Document end-to-end process flows and identify pain points in service delivery
• Refine user journey maps and support technical recommendations relevant to product design
• Lead design initiatives, create wireframes, prototypes, and manage design changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in design
• Prior experience mentoring junior team members
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe tools
• Experience in leading human-centered design processes
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, including 508 compliance
