Senior Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Development (Backend) to lead development resources and solve complex technical problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead the development of secure, robust, performant, and scalable technical solutions
• Drive products from inception to release through technical and thought leadership
• Manage resource forecasting and allocation while enhancing overall productivity and team development

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
• 12+ years of significant hands-on experience in web service/API development, database, and devops
• 7+ years of experience in service-oriented architectures, system performance analysis, and agile software development
• 5+ years of experience in distributed systems and cloud computing technologies
• 4-7 years of relevant leadership experience preferred
