Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer - Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain client's Microsoft Azure infrastructure, responding to escalations and resolving incidents
• Install, configure, and administer client systems in Azure, ensuring proactive maintenance and documentation
• Communicate with clients to identify IT issues, provide consultations, and deliver monthly reports on cloud-based infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience with cloud servers and services or sys admin experience in on-prem environments
• Experience in a 24x7 managed services or Network Operations Center environment
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Microsoft Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
• Experience with Windows and Linux system administration and cloud management tools
