Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, AI Platforms & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of AI platforms and tools to enhance trading experiences and operational efficiency
• Partner with teams to integrate AI into workflows, improving accuracy and reducing manual efforts
• Identify and execute high-value AI initiatives, measuring success through clear ROI and KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive product management experience, including 5+ years at the Senior Director level or above in fintech or regulated financial services
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-powered products or large-scale workflow automation with quantifiable business impact
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Data Science, MBA) is preferred
• Deep domain expertise in brokerage operations or broker-dealer technology
• Experience with SEC/FINRA compliance frameworks and navigating regulatory environments
