Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of business and fraud analytics strategy aligned with company goals
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and leadership to define key metrics and inform decisions
• Develop A/B testing frameworks and scalable data models for data-backed product decisions and real-time analytics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Management, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in product or fraud analytics, data science, or business intelligence
• 5 years of leadership experience
• Demonstrated success in retaining high-performing teams
• Background and drug screen required
