Senior Director of Data Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Data Engineering to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise data platforms and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the enterprise data engineering roadmap aligned to business and technology strategy
• Lead design and implementation of integrations and data curation efforts related to various enterprise applications
• Deliver frameworks that provide consistent metrics for executive reporting and analytics use cases

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering, enterprise integrations, and analytics platforms, with 7+ years in senior leadership roles
• Deep expertise with Sales, Marketing tech stacks, and Finance/ERP systems
• Proven ability to deliver scalable solutions for high-volume data ingestion and product analytics
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus
• Experience managing global, distributed engineering teams in high-growth environments
