Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10-15 years of experience in data management, analytics, and technology roles, preferably in healthcare
• Expertise in advanced analytics, business intelligence tools, and data architecture design
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and HITRUST
• Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing data team and drive transformational change
