Senior Director of Patient Access

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Patient Access Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and sustain strong client relationships to grow partnerships and identify new business opportunities
• Provide strategic guidance on patient support solutions and oversee the design of enterprise-level access plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape forecasts, evidence generation, and value messaging

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, or similar) strongly preferred
• 10+ years of experience in biopharma market access, with at least 5 years focused on patient services
• Strong knowledge of HUB models, reimbursement pathways, and distribution systems
• Proven success leading enterprise-level access strategy and influencing at senior levels
• Comfort with and enthusiasm for integrating AI into work
