Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Product Management, EMR Value-Based Care Enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive EMR-first Value-Based Care Enablement Strategy by assessing workflows and EMR configurations
• Develop strategies for embedding value-based care opportunities into workflows of provider organizations
• Partner with Engineering to define and build EMR integration capabilities, focusing on scalable solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field preferred
• At least five years of health care technology Product Management experience, preferably with EMR systems
• Strong understanding of medical oncology practice workflows and related personas
• Hands-on experience with EMR systems like Epic, Flatiron Health, Cerner, and iKnowMed preferred
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies in healthcare preferred
