Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of lead-to-order systems to ensure accuracy and scalability
• Oversee the Salesforce.com ecosystem and drive integration with adjacent platforms
• Manage a global team of engineers to ensure delivery excellence and promote best practices in software development

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise applications or software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• 10+ years of Salesforce.com experience with proven leadership across multiple clouds
• Strong knowledge of lead-to-order processes and system integrations
• Deep technical understanding of modern software development practices and cloud platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
