Senior Director of Training Solutions

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Training Solutions to design and develop innovative training and education solutions for Federal, DoD, and Intelligence Community customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop educational resources and training programs tailored to meet agency requirements
• Lead management of training development projects and assess training needs with customers
• Identify new training opportunities and develop marketing strategies to promote training capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
• 15+ years of experience in instructional design, training, and development
• High proficiency in video editing and production in a training context
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-Learning authoring tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
