Senior Director of User Experience

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, User Interface/User Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver the experience vision for the Salesforce Platform, unifying workflows across various user types
• Lead and grow an inclusive design organization, mentoring design managers and fostering a diverse culture
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to convert vision into iterative roadmaps and deliver high-quality, AI-first experiences

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in designing and shipping complex products, with 7+ years in leadership roles
• Strong understanding of platform and enterprise systems, including SaaS architecture and AI/ML concepts
• Expertise in scaling design systems and creating cross-product patterns and guidelines
• Experience with analytics and AI capabilities to enhance product experiences
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
