Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Energy (ESPC) Analyst with Secret Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert analytical support during ESPC project development, execution, and sustainment
• Support conception, solicitation, negotiation, construction, commissioning, and performance of ESPC task orders
• Assist government employees with technical analysis and project tracking, including contractor submissions and verification reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated experience in analytical support for ESPC project lifecycle
• Proven ability to manage and synthesize complex technical information
• Experience with technical analysis and modeling in engineering and financial areas
• Must have an Active Secret Clearance
