Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineer Manager to lead their Subrogation Product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and production releases of solutions for healthcare subrogation product lines
• Manage a team of developers responsible for backend services
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align projects with product development strategy

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical leadership and engineering management experience
• 8+ years of production application development and backend services experience
• Experience in hiring, developing, and managing engineering teams
• Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (Python, Rust, Rails, Java, Go)
• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
