Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Mobile.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team by conducting regular 1:1s and fostering a healthy, inclusive culture
• Partner with engineering, product management, and design to align on priorities and customer needs
• Coach the team to improve processes and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality user experiences

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related technical discipline
• Experience maintaining and delivering production software in various programming languages
• 1+ year of direct or indirect people management or leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience working with mobile platforms (iOS and/or Android) is preferred
