Senior Enterprise Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Business Systems Analyst (People Technology).

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key People Technology partner supporting system enhancements, process improvements, and cross-system integrations
• Lead or support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of HR systems including Workday and others
• Apply an AI-first approach to identify opportunities for automation and improved user experience

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in People Technology, HR Systems, or related roles
• Experience implementing or supporting enterprise-grade HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Greenhouse, ModernLoop, and others
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations
• Demonstrated ability to improve system usability and performance through automation
