Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Business Systems Analyst (People Technology).
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key People Technology partner supporting system enhancements, process improvements, and cross-system integrations
- Lead or support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of HR systems including Workday and others
- Apply an AI-first approach to identify opportunities for automation and improved user experience
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in People Technology, HR Systems, or related roles
- Experience implementing or supporting enterprise-grade HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Greenhouse, ModernLoop, and others
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations
- Demonstrated ability to improve system usability and performance through automation
