Senior Escrow Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Escrow Specialist to manage escrow analysis and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain workflow volume for the Escrow Analysis department to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Handle escalated loan level issues and assist with departmental research for complex inquiries
• Perform individual escrow analysis and review mass analysis for anomalies in accordance with RESPA requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Preferred experience with BKFS MSP or Sagent and training in Escrow Analysis, Tax, Hazard Insurance, and MIP/PMI
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with MSP, Black Knight/LPS, and Sagent preferred
