Senior Front-End Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Front-End Software Engineer, Design Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Create reusable, accessible, and performant UI components using React and Tailwind CSS
• Integrate with a Ruby on Rails backend through a REST API and develop critical features for the community platform
• Establish and enforce component architecture patterns and best practices while improving the quality of the codebase

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Front-end engineer on complex web applications
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, libraries, and bundlers
• Experience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries
• Familiarity with agile software development principles
• Experience working on a fully distributed remote team
