Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a focus on Support & Observability, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and troubleshoot support issues, escalating to engineering teams as needed
• Analyze system behavior using observability tools to diagnose root causes of incidents
• Take ownership of technical issues, investigating and resolving problems at the code level

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in support or full stack engineering with a focus on observability and cloud technologies
• Strong hands-on experience in software development with .NET and React or Vue.js
• Proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex issues in distributed systems
• Experience with observability platforms for metrics, logs, and tracing
• Willingness to work the late shift and during weekends or public holidays as scheduled
