Senior Fullstack Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join their engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers on various projects from inception to completion
• Contribute to the culture and processes of the engineering team, including mentoring and defining best practices
• Engage in product discovery to assess the direction and feasibility of product changes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a professional developer with backend and frontend expertise
• Experience with React and/or React Native
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with GraphQL and REST APIs
• Experience mentoring team members and implementing process improvements
