A company is looking for a Senior Grants Manager to oversee the entire grant lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain grant compliance and reporting with external funders
• Coordinate the preparation of grant reports and analyze grant data with program and finance teams
• Support the creation of a strategic plan for securing funding from various sources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in nonprofit grant management and proposal writing
• Strong understanding of grantmaking processes and financial reporting
• Proficiency with MS Office and experience with project management tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
