Senior GRC Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior GRC Analyst to manage cybersecurity governance tasks and ensure compliance with relevant frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and revise existing security documents and create new policies and standards
• Assess and manage the GRC tool to enhance GRC processes and compliance
• Develop and oversee a Cybersecurity Awareness Training program and manage cybersecurity controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT or information security, with over 3 years in authoring security policies
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity controls and risk mitigation strategies
• Preferred security and compliance certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CGEIT, or CRISC
• Prior experience with GRC tool evaluation and administration is highly preferred
